The Practice is Mizar's service for founders turning an idea into a validated product. It resolves the bet the way an instrument resolves a star: evidence and judgement, held in one orbit, until you can see what is really there.

Selective by design.
The bottleneck has moved from engineering capacity to product judgement: knowing what to build, what to cut, when to validate, and when to walk away. The Practice exists for founders who want the speed without the slop.
It declines more engagements than it accepts. The filter is not credentials or budget. It is the kind of work the founder is willing to do.

03 · Method
A method, not a framework.
The Practice is a modular toolkit composed per engagement. It begins with a conversation that captures your evidence, then a diagnostic that judges it. Some are declined, and a "not yet" comes with the specific evidence to go and get. The ones that proceed run through a structure that makes AI velocity worth something.

Listen: capture the evidence
Every engagement opens with a short, guided conversation, AI-led and in plain language, that draws out what you have actually done: who you spoke to, what they said, whether anyone is paying. The AI listens and probes for specifics. A practitioner judges what it is worth.

Diagnose: read the situation
Five dimensions: clarity of the bet, maturity of evidence, constraints, founder posture and defensibility. A practitioner judges the evidence you supplied, never a self-assessment. The diagnostic is a deliverable, whatever it concludes.

Compose: select the modules
From a catalogue of validated tools across discovery, definition, build and loop. Some modules are non-negotiable. Some are situational. The composition is specific to your engagement.

Execute: ship and iterate
We build with you, alongside you, or at the gates, depending on what the engagement needs. The Practice intervenes at validation, gap analysis, security and kill review whichever way we work.
Both outcomes are legitimate: a validated product alive in market, or an honest decision to kill it. The discipline is being willing to discover which one is true. An honest kill is billed only for the work delivered, never the whole engagement.
04 · The instrument
Earned, not asserted.
Every engagement is judged by the same rules: a five-dimension read scored from evidence, not opinion. Every decision is recorded with the exact version of the method that produced it, so any call can be traced back to why it was made.
The method is checked against real outcomes, the bets that shipped and the ones honestly killed, then tuned from what actually happened. You are read by an instrument that sharpens with every engagement, not by one person's gut.
